Hi fellow Versa people. Like many of you, I have unresolved problems with gps exercise tracking, mileage, and accurate sleep tracking. Customer service has confessed and confirmed multiple times that this is a known issue that they are “working on.” Has anyone been given a date/timeline for when this software problem will be fixed? I have 6 months warranty left and will pursue a refund if it’s not prior to this. Ideas?

Fitbit never announces problem fixes ahead of time (or perhaps even when it comes in update as "bug fixes") so nobody here would know.
