EXTREMELY disappointed

Last week my screen started glitching and rapidly moving through different applications when I wasn’t even touching it. Then it wouldn’t connect to my phone and finally the screen won’t turn on. This verse is only just over a year old. I called customer service and they had me go through a variety of things to try to fix it. Nothing worked. Their solution?! Have me buy another on! Absolutely not. When I buy a watch this expensive I expect it to work for more than a year. Why would I buy another one that may only last another year? I’ll be taking my money over to Apple.

Same! I realized today that I've been renting Fitbits, not buying them. I've been lucky that most have failed (the first time) under 12 months, because at least then you get one replacement. The second time (or after 12 months) you have to buy a new one. I can't do it again.
