I just got my Versa 2 yesterday. From what I can tell the firmware and my app are both
updated but when I select the clock the message says to make sure the Fitbit app on my phone and Fitbit device have the latest update.
Any idea what’s going on and how to fix it?

While your V2 may have been updated recently it is likely not the latest update. As I know it the unit slowly downloads an update when the device is on the charger and then will trigger when it has fully downloaded the update. In my case it took about a week after the last update to trigger the latest one when I could get the clockface. Hang in there, the update will happen in the near future.

Best AnswerNot on the watch, but in the app under your account, then Versa 2, it will show the version of the SW at the top.
