I'm having problem with my X4T ear buds. They worked fine with the Versa on Sunday and on Tuesday they had lost the pairing and won't re-pair despite restarting the Versa and turning on and off the ear buds multiple times. The Versa just stays in pairing mode forever. The buds eventually turn off, the Versa so far doesn't, just spins.

Please remove the audio device and pair again:
To delete a Bluetooth audio device:
To pair a new Bluetooth audio device, follow the steps below:
When pairing is complete, a check mark appears on the screen.

I've taken those steps several times and did them again just now. The Versa tells me that it is pairing with X4T but it never stops whirling and then the ear buds, which have been flashing blue and red lights to show that they are trying to pair, turn themselves off after about 10 minutes. The Versa continues to whirl until I take it back to the setting screen.

Im having the same problems. Its starting to be a total joke. They worked fine and then just stopped. This is one of the worst products i have bought. Can it be fixed now.....
