I purchased a brand new Versa and I've been trying to set it up for the past four hours. It tries to connect via Bluetooth and won't, then tries WiFi, and still won't work. I've looked up on numerous websites and the setup will not let me get past the connecting. It is fully charged, and says it is on medium charge on the app, but won't sync. Please help.

Hi, do you have your Versa in the charger and connected to your computer during the setup procedure? It's also safe to connect your phone to your computer to be sure the setup will work flawlessly.

I had it charging from about 5:40pm to 7:30pm and it never charged while I was trying to set it up. I switched chargers and it fully charged thinking maybe I should take it off the charger and it would do something and it still won't.

So I did get it set up, but now it's not syncing. What am I doing wrong?
