When I track "walking" exercise, the App correctly displays the map, distance etc, BUT the elevation is only correct for the first approximately 25 minutes then it is displaying random elevations. On the Versa 2 itself at the end of the exercise, the elevation gain is huge (presumably it is counting all the random fluctuations). It has been doing this since I received the Versa 2 three days ago. Same results when paired with a iPhone IOS 12 or a Samsung Galaxy Android 8. So far, no sensible help from the Fitbit Help line despite providing all the above info and traces of the elevation graphs. Anybody else had this problem? Any fixes (short of replacement of the Versa 2)? Thanks.
