Hello!

Does anyone know how to erase old data on a Versa 2 so I can start afresh?

The process to delete an account and all its data is a very long process and is documented at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1285.htm

 

It would be much quicker and easier if you were to just create a new fitbit account using a different email address and then add the Versa 2 as though it were a new device.
