Erroneous Floor Count...?

I got credited 93 floors today on a 2 hour motorcycle ride. I understand why it did that from reading others comments but I want to know if there is any way to edit that floor count since it doesn’t reflect true activity? Thanks.

Thanks for that. Very helpful to know.

I agree that the floor count is terribly inaccurate. You can log the motorcycle-ride as "driving". This will erease steps floors and active minutes. You can also just start workout when you are going on a ride and when your done finish it and edit it to driving. Hope this helped you! 🙂

Wow. Here it is now 2019 and this is still a problem. Since 2015.  I wish I had known this sooner. I would never have invested in a company that will not give a single solution in 4 years.  Not even a way to adjust the stairs?? Other than compromising steps by pretending I'm driving? I have other trackers that do MUCH better. But I don't want to wear a full blown, huge, chunky, ugly watch tracker all day.  Just because I am interested in tracking my activity doesn't mean I want to look like a 24 hour gym rat.  I have a gorgeous watch I prefer to wear. I got this because I liked what it claimed it could do, it wasn't so darn big, and there were nice aftermarket metal  bands available that help it blend in with my jewelry better.  I read reviews beforehand and this problem was never mentioned.  This is disappointing.
