Screen glitching and no info display

Yestaday night, when I was up to charge my versa, I noticed screen glitching, and later screen is gray, no showing info. I tried hard resetting the device and so far, no success.

 

What can I do about it?  I have not hit the clock, nor nocking it. Also, the device is less than a month old.
