Yesterday night, when I was up to charge my versa, I noticed screen glitching, and later screen is gray, no showing info. I tried hard resetting the device and so far, no success.
What can I do about it? I have not hit the clock, nor nocking it. Also, the device is less than a month old.

@Elalevoso1 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your Versa screen isn't working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. As @Baltoscott and @SunsetRunner explained since the restart didn't work the best thing to do is letting our Support team know so they can further assist you. You will be getting an email from them.

The same thing is happening to my Versa as well. I replied to a text last night and then the screen went blank. I can see the backlight but no clock face or other information. Restarting did not help. I've only had it since Christmas. Could you please have the support team contact me as well?
