For the past two days I have been having trouble syncing my Fitbit and I have been getting error 1006 and an access denied message on the webpage, while using my WiFi. When I use my phone without WiFi and only 4G I can access both the app and the website. My IP address is 45.236.101.138. I hope you can help me resolve this soon. Thank you.
When you say WiFi @cpadillav are you recovering to the phones WiFi or the Versa's wifi?
Your tracker will not sync through the web browser.. I think these are different issues. Unless it is the phones wifi.
