I'm trying to connect my Versa 2 watch with my Strava account, and keep getting the below error message when opening the Strava app on the watch:

Go to Strava settings on your Fitbit mobile app to log in
-I've authorized and linked my strava account in my fitbit app.
-I've linked my fitbit within my strava account. (although, I did notice every time I log out of my strava account, when I log back in I have to relink it.
I've logged in and out of everything and reset everything. Nothing works. Almost ready to give up and return my versa2. Please advise. Also please feel free to skip the smalltalk when responding, Thanks. : )
