Error connecting to Versa

Hello, 

 

I have previously setup my Wallet on Fitbit Versa but have not used to watch in some time. 

I am wanting to add a new card on the Wallet tab on the app but the app is not setup.

I first press "get started"

Then the app asks me for the pin.

I put in the correct pin and then I get a message saying "Error connecting to Versa"

Can someone please help?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with adding a new card to the Wallet. Thank you for your efforts. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Restart your Fitbit device and phone.
  2. Restart Bluetooth on your phone. 
  3. Force quit the Fitbit mobile app.
