I currently have an iPhone 11 Pro, and a versa 2 smart watch. I have turned on all of my notifications and previews on my Fitbit itself and my phone. I have also restarted both devices multiple times to get the syncing to work. It has not sent any messages to my versa 2 smart watch and I don’t understand why. All of the current troubleshoot that is on the website is not working to resolve the issue. Please help !

Make sure sleep mode is off on your Fitbit!!! My messages work now woohoo!
