Sync Issues/Not tracking sleep/HR

Last two days Versa has not tracked heart rate for the day or my sleep. I’ve also noticed there’s been connectivity issues when downloading clockfaces (Bluetooth connected, not connected)

Have you tried restarting your Versa?

Had to factory reset it.  Reinstall took a while until i did the reset. Even loading watch faces bluetooth would connect and not connect. Seems ok now. BS i hsd to factory reset

this less than a week old.

Woke up and Sync. Still not working!!!!!IS THERE AN ACTUAL FITBIT REP ON HERE THAT CAN HELP??????

Are the light running on the back of the Versa?  If not you are wasting your time. You will need to return it.

I’m having similar issues. I have tried it in different positions on my wrist. I’ve tried it loose and tight. I put it on my dominate wrist. I also removed it and reinstalled it. The heart rate monitor is working. I’m going to factory reset it when I get off work today . If that doesn’t work I’ll phone customer service on Monday. I’m going to check around first if that’s the case and see if any stores have it in yet. I don’t want to wait four weeks for Fitbit to send another one out . Other than the sleep stage issue I absolutely love it

Is it possible that the Fitbit watches have a hard time reading certain people’s sleep stages and that why they only get the simplified readout.

Lights good to go.  Watch display is fine. Just seemed to have a helluva time syncing and keeping connected to the bluetooth

Did factory reset. Seemed to have started working today?  No rhyme or reason.  Turned everything on and off a couple of times.  Noticed the poor Bluetooth connectivity when I was downloading a watch face.  Hopefully this isn’t a harbinger of things to come.

Let us know if the sleep stages work tonight and I’ll do the same after the factory reset

It worked this morning. At first it didn’t work, then on and off a couple of times  (phone and Fitbit ) seems alright now.  On the app it still shows full battery when it’s not. Maybe an app glitch?

Had zero issues with the charge 2. Trying to get answers from support was painful.  Kept referencing the help questions, like saying “did you hit ctrl-alt-delete?” Lol.
