Error connecting with Versa

All I want is a simple tracking device that works. I constantly cannot sync my Versa with the app on my Samsung S7. It eventually will sync but usually at least 10-15 minutes after I tried to sync, to hours later. I've contacted support and they claim they can see it syncing on their end? but the app doesn't update with my stats. I get errors saying "unable to connect to versa' Or when I try to download a clock 'This clock cannot be installed". This seems to be a wide spread problem, and if Fitbit would just acknowledge this is a wide spread problem and they are trying to fix it, I would wait for the fix. But trying to have me reset a billion times even tho that never fixes it is infuriating. It eventually syncs, but the issue is it takes 10-15 minutes+ to do so. Not to mention there has been no attempt to explain why it wont' charge to 100% even tho I left it on the charger for the afternoon at 99% just to make sure it didn't take a bit longer for that last 1%. This product is faulty and it seems to be a wide spread issue.

Hi @Stullzy,

I checked to see if your Samsung is compatible, which it is, so the syncing issues aren't anything to do with your phone.  What time of day are you trying to sync?  Sometimes that makes a difference, especially if there are a lot of people trying to sync at the same time.

First, it shouldn't matter what time I am syncing? I am trying to sync to my phone and just change clock faces?

Second, this is every time I try to change clock faces, whether it's the AM or PM. I have a Samsung S7, not really an obscure phone.

Have you checked for a Fitbit so update? If you have and updated the app. Let's uninstall the app, restart phone to clear the app,  and install a fresh copy.

I would also go to songs, apps, Fitbit, storage, clear cache, and try a sync again

I'm also having the same issue. Everything is updated and fully charged and I still have to manually sync my brand new versa Everytime I try to change something or even just check my daily stats.
