I have been unable to update clock faces on my Versa Light for almost 2 months now. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone multiple times, rebooted my phone, unpaired and re-paired, and nothing. When I try to switch clock faces it just spins and says "switching" and the error message "Unable to install. Install failed, please try again later" constantly pops up. Can't even use the default face that came with it.
Any suggestions?
I'm using a Samsung s9.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

unfortunately I have restarted multiple times. Also uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone, and restarted that too.

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.
