Hi @sparkles4 , first of all: do you have two devices on one account? If yes, that's the main problem cause you cannot have two devices on one account. If no, before going into Clocks or Apps, sync your Fitbit app manually with your Versa by pressing syncing. Sometimes you get this message when you have been a while out of BT range. Furthermore, do you have any other BT enabled devices nearby your phone and Versa? If yes, disable the BT of the other devices or move them out of BT range (about 50 feet away) cause they might interfere with your phone and Versa causing these syncing problems. regards kuzibri
