I've not used my dongle for a while for my alta but just gone to reconnect so i can download music to my versa and i'm getting an error message all the time saying its not connected to the internet .... ie dongle not working ....... can anyone tell me how to get around this or another way to download music to my versa please

Not connecting to the internet would normally be an error with the connect software connecting to the internet, and has nothing to do with bluetooth.

 

Or you seeing the error in the connect software or on the Versa?

Would it be better to have this question moved to the Fitbit.com board?

PC works fine ... Internet is fine just get this error trying to open Fitbit connect. Have already removed app and reinstalled but states the same

It sounds like something is not connected the the internet?

What music do you want to Pandora, Deezer, or personal?
