I'm trying to download a previous purchases watch face for my 2nd fitbit versa 2 and it tells me Error restoring purchases something went wrong. The error hasn't changed in over a week no .
I just got my Fitbit back; they had to replace it because it stopped working. Now I am getting the same error try to restore my clock face purchase.
Have you already reached out to Fitbit support? If so, did they resolve the issue for you?
