Trying to change clock face but getting an error message

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with changing the clock face. I recommend restarting your device by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

 

Some clock faces may take a long time to install due to the size of the clock face. In this case it's recommended to connect the watch to Wi-Fi when installing clock faces. You can confirm the steps to change the clock face in this help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Not paying for clock face no where to cancal
