I have enabled Fitbit Pay on my Versa, and my bank (FNB in South Africa) supports Fitbit pay for my Visa card.
I have added my card in the Wallet, but when I try to verify my card, I choose the OTP option of SMS, and I receive this error every time: "Sorry, but there was a system error. Please try again or contact customer support"
Please help.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. Upon checking with our support team, I was told that you have already created a case with them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you with a solution.

I’m afraid they were unable to help. I performed a factory reset and set everything up again from scratch as instructed, but the error is persisting. Please can someone help. My bank tells me the problem is with Fitbit, not them.

Same problem with Charge 3. Tested with 2 french cards : Mastercard Max & Mastercard Fortuneo.
Help ?
