Why is this now available on only some Charge 3 and Versas?

Totally agree.
Also needs more along the axis, timeliness is insufficient

I have created a feature suggestion for more time labels along the charts axis. If anyone agrees and would also like to see this, please vote on the suggestion here. Currently the chart is useless as it's not easy to see exactly when these spikes are happening.

So, it will not be available on the Alta HR because it does not have both Sensors?
In which case, why is the graph showing at all under Sleep stages if that user does not have access to that?
That is how I discovered this feature...checking my sleep this morning.
I cant wait till my boyfriend wakes up. He has a Charge 3 AND Sleep Apnea.... So looking forward to seeing what it shows there on his.
Too bad the dashboard on the website doesn't show this info..

“In general, variations should be low and seeing frequent, big variations could be a sign that you may be experiencing breathing disturbances during sleep.” Perhaps show a Dr. if the graphs keep showing those big variations?

My wife and I both have Charge 3s. I have a Premium account and she does not. But she has had the EOV for a few days and I don’t have it. I looked under the a Restorative sleep 8n the sleep data...not there just tips about improving sleep score. Frustrating that someone without the paid accounts received the feature before someone who has paid extra for enhanced data.

Have you tried shutting down the app and restarting?

This just showed up for me two days ago and I don't think my results are good. I also had 2 spikes and 1 spike yesterday. It indicates a breathing problem. I already use a CPap but my doc says I need oxygen with it and so far I'm refusing it. But that is NOT a Fitbit problem.

I have one of the said Fitbit and still records 0 oxygen etc. Do I need another device for this?

So yesterday this suddenly appeared in my app and today it’s gone? Is there a reason it disappeared?
I heard it was rolling out to some users but seems odd to have it for a day.

Hello everyone I have just swapped from an inspire hr to a charge 3 yesterday. My problem is I have the oxygen graph but it’s empty no data has been added to it. I am doing something wrong. My app and firmware are up to date?

I had been following the news about the upcoming Oxygen Variation feature and was patient enough to watch and wait for it. About 5 days ago it appeared but it is blank every day. I even tried sleeping with the device on the inside of my wrist one night but still no readings. Is there something I have to do to activate the function?

Will this feature be available to a Blaze owner at some point?

Hello @MaryKDS and a warm welcome. I'm sorry, but the Blaze doesn't have the hardware to support SpO2. Only the Ionic, Versa family and Charge 3 have the SpO2 sensor.

@David56 Several users have posted in this forum, but aren't actually using a device the the proper sensor. What model Fitbit do you use? If you are using a Versa/Versa 2/Versa Lite and have a blank screen, please contact Support.
