Why is this now available on only some Charge 3 and Versas?

No sensor no readings.

Why do I have the graph available but with a blank screen

That’s exactly what I have. I guess it depends on what Fitbit you have. I have the Blaze and it doesn’t have the correct sensor to provide this reading.

@Heathsp6 I assume you mean Alta HR? Unfortunately it doesn't have the required (spO2 sensor) hardware.

Oh that’s a shame are they tempting us with the blank screen to get us to sign up to premium 😇😇

It started working yesterday on my Charge 3. An interesting fact is mentioned in the info for the graph: you have to have the device on snugly to work properly. All seems good now.

I’ve tried putting it tighter up my arm but still nothing, should I turn it around to the inside of my wrist

Premium isn't necessary for the graph.  But the hardware (sensor) is.  😉

I think it's wrong for them to show the graph on a Fitbit that does not accept the feature.  That makes no sense.

I first got the graph on my Versa2 about a week ago and the information has been there daily since then.  I'm having no problem.  I feel bad for those who are.  I have had the Versa for about a year and did not even know this feature was coming out until I read about it here.

I know this string is a bit older, but I have a Charge 2 and do not have Premium and I see the EOV box on my Sleep Data ... and as I read it, even if I had Premium, I would not get EOV as I do not have the right Fitbit.  VERY confusion roll-out!

Hello Wiscowoman56

Unfortunately, the Charge 2 does not have a SpO2 Sensor and cannot collect Oxygen Variation Data. You have to switch to a Charge 3, Ionic or Versa Device. A Fitbit Premium Membership is not required.

Sorry for having no better answer!

@Wiscowoman56 we are aware of this, and rum, as you have pointed out, very confusing.

I agreed that this chart should not be did payed if there is no data.
