Why is this now available on only some Charge 3 and Versas?

Mine is a blank chart too - did you figure out how to fix it as I also need to know?

I have a Charge 2 and just bought the Charge 3 and I have the same blank box with no graph. Does anyone know how to set it so it shows a graph?

I thought EOV was available on the Charge 3? I had just recently bought an Inspire HR when my DH saw the Versa and talked me into buying it. I love the Versa and never use the brand new Inspire HR. They can't even be set up together on the same account. I wanted the Inspire to wear when I am dressed up and want a daintier look. If I want to do that I have to completely remove the Versa from my account and install the Inspire. Then back again. I am a Fitbit junkie. I have to buy each new one that comes out. I currently have 5 different ones. Had 6 but the Charge 2 the led light burned out. It still records steps etc onto the dashboard but you cannot see any info on the watch itself. It's weird!

Thanks for the response Lanuza. Do you know if there are plans to bring the EOV graphing feature to the Fitbit Inspire HR?
I use the Inspire HR and I see the EOV graph in every day's sleep log but the graph is not populated with data.
Regards,
-Mike

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm trying to consider which device to upgrade to but when comparing products in the shop (ie. https://www.fitbit.com/en-ca/products/trackers/charge3) it isn't clear which support EOV and which do not. Does anyone know if they plan to add this spec/feature to the product page? Does anyone know where I can find a more detailed/technical spec breakdown for each device so I can make a better upgrade decision?
Many thanks 🙂

Thanks guys. I did see that article where they said that (here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1876). What I'm looking for is a response from someone at Fitbit as to when they will be adding that to the product pages or where I can look now to see detailed specs so I know which device has the EOV feature (and any other features I might not be aware of).

I have a fitbit Charge 3 with sleep stages and recently noticed the Estimated Oxygen Variation Graph, however - my graph is blank every single day regardless of how I sleep (4 hours to 8+ hours). Why is it blank? When will it start working? All my apps are updated, and I can't seem to find any reasons. I appreciate any insight anyone has to offer. Thanks!

I see the graph but there's no data on the graph itself. Is there something wrong. I use a charge 3.

so for us poor Inspire HR folks- I see the SpO2 graph in my app, but I will never see data in it? That seems strange. Either give me the data or don’t give me the graph, but don’t show me the graph if I’m not going to be able to use it.

Hi,
I bought a charge 3 last month. After a week, the EOV graph is not available in the relevant space. In the first week to 10 days of operation, this graph was available. How to reset, or repair please?
