I see the graph but it’s always blank. Will it start recording the data in 2020, or is mine defective?

@CVSRI85 do you get asleep score and sleep sages. Without them it is unlikely to see the VO. No the not Alta does not have the heart rate to read heart rate or O2.
@BananaMcGee. and @kwhite08807 this is something RHR Hamas been discussed servers times.

Estimated Oxygen Variation information started showing up on my Fitbit app. Now it is gone. Is there something wrong with my Fitbit Charge 3? Or will the information be back?

I am also not seeing any graph, but just the same variation screen shown below. Any way to get access to the oxygen levels? Maybe you guys could do a software update to allow this, since this is a big indicator of Covad...
Thanks.

Sorry @PEMatz I don't see your screen shot, but currently we can only see the variation.

Right, sorry, I was referring to another post that included a screenshot. Basically, in the sleep score, the "Estimated Oxygen Variation" graph is blank. This is data collected via the Inspire HR. It's unclear if the Inspire HR's sensor works well enough or not at all, or if it's viewable if upgrading, but I have seen some comments that seems to indicate any of these could be the case.
If the sensor works so some extent, it would be great if a SW update to enable displaying could happen sometime soon, as lots of folks out there could have a indication of health in this rather anxious time we are in. Thanks.

Way back in January when life was normal, my graph disappeared. I asked the community and 2 wise people told me to turn off all of my devices at the same time, which I did, and included the lights, tv, fridge and cooker just in case. After a while I turned them all back on again and the following morning I had my graph back. I hope it happens for you too.

@PEMatz the Indoor HR does not have the additional required Oxygen sensor. So no you won't get this data
The best we can tell is that the app is not designed to remove the graph with a

I realize that my Fitbit is a charge 2 not a charge 3 and that is why there is no graph for the oxygen. My husband has the charge 3 and has the graph for oxygen variation.
