i suppose this is more of a rant
I am on my third Fitbit model and I am becoming increasingly more disgruntled with the company as a whole.
- After 2 years with a satisfactory Versa I broke the screen. It happens. But... there is no way to repair it? How in this day and age is that a thing. Decided to order a new one, even sprung for the speacial edition. It came broken... wouldnt charge, go figure. So customer service gave me a discount for a Versa 2. Debated of I wanted to go that route. And here I am.
- I cant contact cistomer support only post on here. WHAT!!! Horrible customer service. I can find post similar to my problem but mostly just rants such as this. Never an answer.
- I had my Versa 2 for a day, one day and now it is messed up. Went to change the clock face and it got stuch in "switching" so now I cant do anything. Went through the while process of updating and fixing. Now it wont pair. Except it did for a moment, after hours, last night. Now nothing.
I am so angry. I am likely going to return and gobwith the galexy watch. Bad on you fitbit. I am a loyalist and you would have had my business for a long time. This sucks
