My Versa lite slowly started losing time. Now it is 2 days behind. It stopped syncing with my phone and now the screen is black. The battery was fully charged and my phone syncs with other devices, so it's not the phone. Troubleshooting has not helped. My Fitbit is less than 2 years old. PLEASE HELP.
