No, I do not want location access and bluetooth sharing turned on. Every time, I click on the app I get the popup regarding this. There has to be a way to turn this message off (besides turning on these settings..)

Hi @lablover55, good to see you in the community.
How do you plan to sync the data from your Fitbit if you don't turn on Bluetooth? Can I ask which mobile platform you are using? I know with Android the operating system requires the location service to be turned on for Bluetooth syncing, this is a system requirement and something which is out of Fitbit's control. I cannot speak for iOS, but the same will be true that you need to allow Bluetooth access to sync the data from your Fitbit into the Fitbit app/server.

Of course I have Bluetooth on to sync to the versa! I just don't have the location setting on. I am just griping about the popup message.

I see, I'm not familiar with the pop up. I would assume it is something set within your phones settings though, maybe in the security settings (that can be disabled).
I've just done a search and this appears to be a common complaint with iOS 13, I take it you are using an iPhone. I'm not sure how you stop the pop up, but I think your complaint needs to be directed to Apple as they are the only ones who have any control over this.
