Hi,
i started using versa from sunday onwards , before that i was using charge HR 2.
Suddenly since sunday, my excercise tab in the app dashboard has stopped syncing and is not showing any weekly progress. My morning workout used to get recorded automatically with charge HR 2 but the same has stopped syncing. What should i do.. I have logged out & logged in again. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. still to no avail. NEED HELP!

Have yountried restartingnthe Versa? Do it several times and see ifnit syncs the data then.

I did the restart bit and went excercising.. did cardio & weight for 1 hr with 18 mins peak and 28 mins cardio heart rate.. heart rate is showing but yhe excercise tab is just not syncing.. this is quite frustrating.
Went cycling yesterday for 40 mins and the distance it shows is 0.3... is something wrong with this versa!!! Never faced such problems with chatge hr 2

I have had this issue with the Versa not logging exercise since last week. I posted on it last week and was given no solution. I use fitbit coach and do daily workouts. All of those used to sync automatically into active minutes and days of exercise on the app. Now nothing. I have restarted the Versa many times. I have even removed the app and added it back. I have tried everything and still not working.

@sdpjbp what should we do? I have been contacting fitbit support and they have been telling me to restart it.. but i am quite sure that's not gonna help.. will tell you tomorrow after my morning workout. Is this a defect in Fitbit Versa! Never faced this problem in Charge HR2.. Walk, Run, Badminton, Workout all activities were recognized as Walk, Elliptical or sport... and with Versa its zilch.. even when i physically put the bike exercise mode on and cycled for 42 mins it recorded 0.3 miles...Ridiculous!

I don’t know. I have had my Versa since April and this is the first time I have had an issue with it. Just randomly started last Tuesday. Maybe call
customer service and see if we can get any help that way ? Not getting help on here which is frustrating.
