My boyfriend got me the gorjana parker link bracelet for Luxe for my birthday, but he ordered the gold one and I would like to have the silver one. How do I go about exchanging it?

Hi @clcorneil  if gotten it directly from Fitbit.com, get with customer support to see if it's within the time frame for exchanging. If from another retailer, check their return policy. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
