Was wondering if anyone has ever tried to exchange their fit bit even after having it for almost a year nothing’s really wrong with it but I like all black and mine currently is rose gold

Hi @Dreyn  Fitbit doesn't have an exchange program. You can always get another band or find a friend to swap devices with. Basic black is always nice.
