My Versa is brand new and the exercise details (like mph, distance, etc) don't work. I have my GPS connected, so that shouldn't be the issue. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hello @Leesyree, I hope you're doing well, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for bringing this situation to my attention. Tell me, are you starting your exercise from the Exercise app in the Versa or are you letting your Versa auto-detect your activity?
If you're using the Exercise app, please remember that in order for the GPS map to be recorded correctly you will need to wait until the watch says "connected" and vibrates, that will indicate GPS is connected. (This is only for GPS-related activities)
Tap the play icon or press the bottom button to begin tracking your exercise. Versa shows several real-time stats of your choice. Swipe the middle stat to scroll through additional stats.
When you're done with your workout or want to pause, press the bottom button. When prompted, confirm you want to end the workout and press the top button to see your workout summary. To close the the summary screen, tap on Done.
Remember to sync your watch afterwards so the details of your exercise can show up in the Fitbit app.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome!

I am having the same trouble. My fitbit is new and it is not recognizing any of my activities. I am letting my Versa auto-detect my activity because I didn't think I had to go in and choose an exercise. Is that not the case or do I need to do something in order for it to detect my exercises?
Thank you
Ashley
