Fitbit Workweek hustles not accurate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’m in two workweek hustle challenges and one shows the correct number of steps while the other shows my step count at roughly 16,000 steps lower. My two friends who are also in both hustles have the same step counts for both challenges. Anyone know why only one challenge would be correct?

@laneyblaney where they started at the same time? Are the creators of challenges in the same time zone?

Thanks for your response @Marrrmaduke.They were started at the same time. There are people in different time zones, but regarding the two friends I mentioned in the original post, one is on the east coast with me and the other is on mountain time but both of their steps counts are the same in the two hustles...

@laneyblaney I could see that happening if the challenges were in different zones because steps for different time periods would count towards them. You can wait and see when each challenge completes and what gets synced. I know my steps vary depending on time zone for challenges.
