Exercise activity deleted after syncing

After syncing this afternoon, my exercise activity for the last 3 weeks is gone from the app.  It is also gone from my activity log on fitbit.com.  How do I get the information back?

Thank you for sharing that your exercise activity for the last 3 weeks is gone from the app and from the activity log on fitbit.com after you synced your device. I would like to confirm if you continue experiencing this difficulty since we've been performing server maintenance and this could be the reason of the issue. Have you tried to log out and log in back to your Fitbit account?

Hello - I just logged into fitbit.com and the activity between July 17 and August 10 is still missing from my log. Also, the prior issue I had of calories not being recorded during exercise seemed to be corrected for a while. Now it seems to be occurring again. Fitbit stopped recording any calories a few minutes into my walk yesterday. Thanks for your assistance.
