Hi, l bought a fitbit versa 2 on 20 November, it was working well till l decided to use the exercise app, cycling. The app crashed about 3 times .. I was also using connected GPS and listening to music on Bluetooth headset .. How can l solve this problem, and is it common

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that you're experiencing such difficulties with your Versa 2 device. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced such situation and how many times since then? Does this occur only when you're using the connected GPS feature and while listening to music? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device to refresh its performance.
