Not syncing nor receiving notifications

Purchased a new phone galaxy 10+ note. My fitbit no longer syncs to phone. I no longer get messages, alerts, phone calls or updates.  Deleted app and reloaded. Still having issues.

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. That said, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. 

 

About the notifications issue, please check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa are correctly configured on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps from: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.
