My Versa screen stopped working around 0700 this morning for no apparent reason. I had charged the device yesterday and it worked as usual up until 0700 (alarms went off, it synced as normal, etc). Since that time it just appears dead.
I've tried sound the three button restart with no luck. No logo appears. Literally nothing happens.
Four times throughout the day the Versa has vibrated briefly and the green lights at the back blink a few times but it is not reading heart rate or tracking steps. It is still syncing to my phone (though no data is coming through, it's only showing battery life). I tried putting it on the charger but it does not show that it is charging and does not react in any way when put on the charger.
Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?
