Help because I am SO FRUSTRATED!
I got a versa 2 for Black Friday. For a couple of weeks it was great and then suddenly it wasn’t tracking my workouts right in the workout app. Workouts that typically burn 200 + calories and give me 20-30 active minutes gave me 20 cals and no active minutes.
I returned it and FINALLY got my new one yesterday. I did my first workout today in it (a workout where I always burn 200 or more calories and get 20-30 active minutes) and it ended with freaking 27 calories and no active minutes! What gives?!
My heart rate was consistently 136-155 and it was an intense workout motion wise. I don’t get it! I logged a new workout with the right stats and it gave me the active minutes and calories but will that mess up me getting active minutes naturally if I enter the workout manually?
Do I just always have to enter it manually now? I’m so mad. It worked perfectly the first couple of weeks and now this one is doing it right out of the box 😭😭😭😭
Is this a bug with the workout app?
