Exercise feature on versa 3 stopped working

The exercise logo is there but when you tap it it doesn't go to the choice of exercise screen. All the other features still work

Hello @SunsetRunner 

I would try restarting your Fitbit Versa 3. You won’t lose any data restarting. Just hold down the side button until you see either the Fitbit logo or a smiley face then release the button. You will feel your tracker vibrate indicating the restart is completed. Now try to get your exercise feature to work.

I have tried restarting my Fitbit a few times and it hasn't worked. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and that hasn't worked either. Thank you

Oh my @SunsetRunner I’m really sorry restarting your Versa 3 didn’t resolve things. I’d contact Fitbit Customer Service here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

They might have you do a factory reset on your Versa 3 but I don’t want to lead you down the wrong path. I’m sure they will get you sorted out. 😃

Have you tried changing your clock face back to the original one if you put on another one?
