Hi, after I do an exercise,  it doesn't load when I go and check.  It's been happening for a couple of days now.  It just spins and spins

Please help

Hi @Gramos1979  - if you are talking about it not loading in the Fitbit App, try 

  • Logout of the app
  • For Android clear storage cache and force stop
  • For iOS swipe up app
  • Restart both phone and watch.
  • Sync again

I also had this problem and followed all the advise, BUT Fitbit would not recognise my account details so now I have lost everything!!!! I had to create a new account to get on here. This is really crap to put it politely.
