Exercise not syncing correctly on Versa 3

Hey,

I've noticed my Fitbit isn’t displaying my exercise correctly.  I went for a walk this morning & it is showing as a walk last night? I’ve tried to change this but it just switches back.

Update has been so not sure what the issue it, any advice?

Thank you for informing us about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 3 and for the troubleshooting steps you’ve performed.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Watch by following these instructions.

 

In addition, you can set up your Watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1658100560701.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
