Exercise stats not showing on Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi! I realised that the exercise stat isn't shown on the stat screen on my versa anymore. I went to the settings and the box for the exercise stat is properly ticked. I rebooted my versa but it didn't change anything. Other stats are shown properly but the exercise stat. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Thanks 😊

Hi, two suggestions:

1. If you're using a Third Party Clock Face, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself.

2. If you're using a Fitbit clock Face, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. This procedure resets the internal system of your Versa.
