Having just completed my second exercise class of the week tonight . Just looked back at my Monday session and all of my stats have decreased and steps reduced. Very annoying. Can anyone give any advice as I don’t want inaccurate results

Hi, if you are using a Third Party Clock Face, change it to one of developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa abd the problem should be solved.

As a developer can I please understand why a clockface should affect the fitness data recorded?

Hello @Giampi71 I hope you're doing well, thanks for posting your question.

Please note that we have not mentioned the data recorded has been affected, it's the way the clock-face displays the information. You can check the data in the Fitbit app or the online Dashboard and it will be correct because the watch has correctly recorded it, but the clcok-face might not be displaying it correctly, which is why we suggest to change clock-faces to a Fitbit one.

In case the data is still not showing correctly after changing clock-faces, please let us know so we can check this further.

Thanks for your insight, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply as well.

Thanks @MarcoGFitbit for the clarification. The OP @Laura90club never mentioned data visualized on clockface so I think the answer by the other user was not properly given.

@Laura90club your problem is solved? or shall we help you more to understand the cause of the issue?
