Hi,hope youre all well! So ive never used a fitbit or anything similar before and my mum gave me one she had bought a while ago but never used so it came with the charger&watch only. I googled how to set it all up which ive managed to do but completely confused on how i work out how many calories ive burned. I did a workout with my pt today and one of the other clients who did same as me recorded 350calories burned but mine showed 514? Trying to figure it out but having no luck. Can someone please explain to me how i work out my calories because according to mine doing an hour of slow paced walking and 1 hour 15mins workout i’ve burned just over 1000 cals today. TIA x
