Extremely disappointed with my Fitbit Versa 3

Got this at Christmas and nothing but trouble. Never sync's thru out the whole week. Have do troubleshooting and now all data gone. Very disappointed with this and won't ever buy another one.

Sorry to hear about your problems. May I ask why you waited 7 months before letting us know. This forum has helped me a lot and I hope my comments have helped others.

Many reasons - 1) I assumed user error 2) Waited for other family members to review my issues and assist with correction 3) Assumed it was internet issues 4) Assumed it was position on wrist  5) Tried alot of things. It would work for a few wks and then start skip a day.... Work for a few weeks, start skip a day; slowly progressed to more frequently and skipping a few days at a time now.  Review troubleshooting suggestions, have family review again, troubleshoot, start again... I wear daily, all day; recharge battery when it hits below 10%, never gets wet in water. Delete app, reload, start again. Just shouldn't be this hard.

I'll keep posting on every forum. Just return it if you can. Fitbit is going down hill at this point. I have nothing but sync issues, notification issues, on wrist call issues, replying to texts via voice issues, losing app data issues. Etc. Fitbit is trash.

When I bought my Versa 1, two years ago. I joined the Versa forum and spent days reading posts going back a full year. When I bought my Versa 3, a few days ago. I then joined this Versa 3 forum and went back several months, reading old posts. I am 70 years old and have joined Pebble Smartwatch, Google Home, Alexa, Smart things, T-mobile, Action tiles and Honda to keep up to date. You can do the same, or you can just complain about everything as many do.

My wife and I bought each other Fitbit Versa 3's for Christmas and have had nothing but trouble. Mine doesn't record my sleep and gives spurious zone minute results. I did the same walk with the dogs on 1 day and 'earned' 57 zone minutes. The next day I did the same walk and got 8 zone mins.

My wife earned a load of zone minutes when she wasn't wearing the watch! Very disappointed.

I've had my versa3 for nearly 2 years. Use it daily for running, snowshoeing / xc skiing in sub teens temperature and running gardening in 80's/90's temps. Have never had a problem. Besides getting horrible rash from the band. Purchased cheap bands on Amazon and rash- free. Maybe you got a dud as mine is like new still. Debating on upgrading to the 4 but am going to stick with 3 as it works great. Strange to see people disappointed. I've recommended this to a few friends and they have had no issues either. Even converted a dedicated apple watch person to the versa!
