I was walking this evening and looked at my Fitbit to see the time, and the face of my Fitbit was literally dangling off my watch. I attempted to push it back on but it won’t stay.
Can my watch be sent in for repair to take care of this. Extremely frustrated. I’m in the middle of a 31 day step challenge.

There are quite a few posts from people reporting this problem. It seems that it is not easily repairable and Fitbit do not have service centres. However, if you are still covered by the warranty then you should be eligible for a replacement. I recommend contacting customer support via contact.fitbit.com who can check your warranty status and advise on your options.

Happened to me tonight. Would appear this is a common issue. Just over a year old bought for me as a gift. Will I buy another probably not. Contacted Fitbit waiting to get email response but very disappointed
