This morning the inductive button was working as usual but then this afternoon as I go to power on my Fitbit after a 0-30% charge, the button didn’t respond. I took it off my rist and had the idea of pressing on the heart rate sensor and sure enough it worked. The inductive button isn’t even near where you’re supposed to click. It’s literally only responding to clicks that are way below it. Help me.
The right side of the heart rate sensor is where it responds.

Hi @NotNate - interesting discovery.
Have you tried cleaning your watch well and after syncing doing a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before restarting by placing on the charge cable to restart it and charge it, in case the button still not working.
How do I clean my Fitbit device?
