Face clock disappeared

My face clock on my vera lite disappeared  two days ago.  I no longer see it available so I tried to get another one but it will not let me, times out then says try again later. Anyone else had this issue or know how fix it? It seems to be a software issue

I noticed last night that the clock face it gone... can't seem to figure out what the problem is.

so, I called fitbit about it and the solution to reset the Versa is ... hold down all the buttons at the same time for 12 seconds, then release the bottom right button and continue to hold for 10 seconds.  That should fix it.  Apparently, holding down the buttons at the same time is how you reset the Versa.. who knew?!?!

So this worked the first time this happened about six months ago, but here I am again and it isn’t fixing it at all this time. Any ideas??

My clock face disappeared from my sense. I held down the power button for about 12 seconds. My sense restarted and clock face reappeared.

The problem is more complicated than that. The clock, the actual numbers, disappear from the clock face, and only comes back, for a while, after doing a reset, then you have to reset again!?
