Face clock image picker not working

Dear sir, 

 

I got my Versa before two day I am trying to set my photo on that face clock when I select image by image picker then automatically Dashboard open and that page removed and no any photo update on my clock. 

I reset my clock also restart phone, Bluetooth many times but no any solution. So kindly give better solution.

@patelakshay2110 What is the name of the clockface that you're using? Try uninstalling and reinstalling Fitbit mobile app, rebooting phone and Versa, and syncing again before changing the picture.

I already done all possible solution and many times rebooted also uninstall app, also clock also factory reset etc, but no any solution for my problem so I want to change my clock or return it. I am using Fitbit clock name - phonograph (Cat face default)

@patelakshay2110 how about picking a new clockface from Fitbit app gallery? Just open fitbit app, tap on Versa icon, tap on clock faces, choose the one you like (i recommend clock faces made by Fitbit) and tap install.

I am installing Same way but Not Working...  Cate IS Shown on clock face but Our Photo can not Place.. . 

 

I m trying proper way But No Solution. 

Give me proper solution bqz all solution i had done.

@patelakshay2110 does your Versa sync properly? When was the last sync? If your Versa is having issues syncing, you will not be able to change the clock face. What is your phone model and OS? What is your Versa's firmware version and Fitbit mobile app version?

@patelakshay2110 what happens if you try to install other clockface, for example Layers by Fitbit.

Same issue - none of the apps that allow me to use my own image are working. Under the section that says “your image” it’s blank. I’ve tried restarting everything and uninstalling the Fitbit app. I have an iPhone 6

Figured it out. The image size was too large. If any of the apps give you an option to choose image size choose a smaller one ... the quality is poorer but it works.
